    Scoops, desserts & shakes

    Warm waffles, gooey cookie dough, fudgy brownies and shakes blended thick. Every dessert comes with a scoop of my ice cream on top. Obviously.

    The Classic Party Package is for 4 guests or more at either factory. Mimi's Moment is for 8 or more, at Newcastle Quays, where Mimi can come and say hello. We only run one party at a time, so book early.

    Hello, I'm Mimi!

    I'm the chief inventor at Mimi's Ice Cream Factory. I dream up every flavour, I test every single one myself (tough job, but someone's got to do it) and I keep the whole factory running with my team of Flavour Experts.

    You'll hear me on the tannoy when a fresh batch is ready, and you can meet me in real life at celebrations and events at the factory.
